Make sure that you take note of all the regulations before you come to Olympos. In order to provide a safe environment it is important that everyone observes the rules of use. Instruction focuses on fixed positions such as setter, outside hitter and opposite hitter. They are familiar with the offensive (penetration) and defensive (3-2-1) systems. Advanced: An intensive course aimed at players who have been playing volleyball for several years and have already mastered the basic techniques.You will also be instructed in taking up fixed positions in the offensive (penetration system) and in defensive (3-2-1 system). Semi-advanced: This course focuses on improving your basic techniques.A lot of attention will be paid to the basic techniques such as overhand, underhand, set-up, service, pass, attack, block and backrow defense. Intermediate: Secondary school level is sufficient.You can select the day, time and level that suits you best. Various volleyball courses are available each course period.
