Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic. Knows how to operate the Micros system in order to properly ring up and close out checks. Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job. Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions. Responsible for correctly handling cash, credit and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork. Takes orders from guests and prepares orders when applicable. Greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
